Ennga chairman - Mr. Dang's speech
Today is a joyful day for Welwind Energy International Corp for the development of their first turbine into their first wind project in China. Please allow me, as representative of the turbine supplier - Engga and Sito, to say welcome to all leaders of the government, guests and friends.
Welwind is a public company trading on the NASD with a strong background in green energy, specifically in Wind energy, with extensive experience in Canada. This company has investments in both Zhanjiang and Yangxi. Thru a number of discussions, interviews and negotiations, Welwind has concluded that our company has good management and experience to manufacture the company’s turbines. They are now very satisfied to move forward with our project of the 750 KW turbine. We have therefore signed joint declaration of a partnership in moving forward in wind energy and manufacturing development.
Engga and its companies are entrepreneurs in the industries of manufacturing, hotels and real estate. Since 2004, our company has concentrated in green energy and worked towards the development of 750 KW turbines. Now the first 750 KW turbine is completed and ready for market. This turbine will soon be installed in the beautiful environment of Tong Hao Island. We hope that the leaders of the government will continue their support and focus efforts on promoting the Zhanjiang economy.
Quangdong province has paid special attention to our manufacturing plan. In November, Mr. Chung Yang Sing, the deputy migration officer of the province granted me a private interview. He inquired about the development of our manufacturing process and sent his assistants to pay us an indepth visit to better understand the manufacturing process. He not only supports the manufacturing, but offered assistance and valuable suggestions. Mr. Yuen and Mr. Chan of Zhanjiang government office also extend their interest. I am very grateful for their inquiries.
Now is the time for developing green energy, especially wind power. We have already made our plan for manufacturing a 1.5 MW turbine with our own invention with Sing Gear Transmission. A sample should be ready in the latter part of next year.
China has a fast pace of development both in design and manufacturing. We expect in the next 2 to 3 years, our beautiful Nan Hoi will become a high speed development city, with the standard of living increasing. I wish you all a happy new year; good health and family happiness.

尊敬的 局长：
各位领导、各位嘉宾、女士们、先生们：
今天是加拿大伟力公司在中国投资的第一个风力发电项目的首台风力发电机进入基础施工的大喜日子，请允许我以设备供应厂家的身份代表广东雅图实业投资有限公司、广州英格风电设备制造有限公司向前来参加仪式的各位领导、嘉宾们表示衷心的感谢和亲切的问候。
加拿大伟力投资公司是在美国纳斯达克上市的投资公司，实力雄厚，分别在加拿大等地投资绿色能源产业风力发电项目取得良好的经济效益和社会效益，该公司2005年进入中国风力发电领域，分别在中国广东省的湛江市、阳江市及北方城市均有项目投资，其中湛江市东海岛项目建设60万千瓦，风力发电项目总投资60亿元人民币，是外资率先进入中国绿色能源产业的先锋。经过双方的多次接触，伟力公司的主要高层管理人员对我公司进行了多次考察，对我公司的工业基础和研制能力充分肯定，对我公司750千瓦风力发电机的试制进度表示满意，因此双方签署了全面战略合作伙伴协议，双方确认了对方作为未来风力发电项目的紧密合作伙伴关系。
广东雅图实业投资有限公司、广州英格风电设备制造有限公司是以实业投资为主业的经济实体，产业包括工业、酒店、房地产等。2004年两公司通力合作投资到绿色能源产业的风力发电设备制造行业，经过两年的努力于本月3日在广州工厂已完成首台750千瓦的风力发电机的总装，并宣布广东省内企业第一台风力发电机的试制已经顺利完成。我公司成为广东省具备750千瓦以上风力发电机生产能力的首家重大装备企业，标志着广东省风力发电装备产业有了新的起点，上了新的台阶。这台产品在未来的不长的时间里，将安装在风景优美的南海之滨湛江市东海岛，我们期望通过各级领导的关怀、帮助全面带动湛江市及广东省的风力发电制造业的振兴。
省领导对广东省的风力发电设备装备制造产业非常关心，11月初钟阳胜常务副省长亲切接见了我，对我公司的风力发电设备制造情况进行了深入细致的了解，并且作出批示，批转省发改委跟进，省发改委领导三天后召见了我公司主要负责人，当天同时派出了工业处的能源处的三位处长到我公司进行了考察调研，对我公司发展风力发电机项目给予充分肯定，并对我公司的各项工作作出建设性的指导意见。湛江市政府领导陈市长、阮市长对我公司未来在湛江设立生产工厂非常关心，多次询问进展情况，外经局陈局长对我公司的工厂选址亲临现场指导，这些充分显示了省、市领导对我公司的关心和重视，对广东的绿色能源发展的关心和重视，借此机会我公司对省、市领导的关怀和帮助表示衷心的感谢。
目前中国的绿色能源产业，特别是风力发电进入了良好的发展时期，我公司在风力发电设备制造的研究方面正在加速和努力，具备自主知识产权的1.5兆瓦变速双馈衡频及适应海上项目的防台风、防腐蚀等特殊要求的产品设计在紧张进行，产品预计在明年下半年可以面世，产品的技术将达到国外产品水平。
中国经济在高速发展，中国的工业设计和工业制造水平在迅速地提高，我们相信在未来的两三年内，我们美丽的南海之滨湛江市的风电产业将得到高速的发展，人民生活水平迅速提高，借此机会祝大家新年进步，身体健康，家庭幸福！
