Director of Welwind – Mr. de Delly’s Speech

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen.  Welcome to our ground breaking ceremony for the installation of the first turbine in Zhanjiang.  I represent Welwind Energy International, Windcor Power Systems and the Zhanjiang Windcor Windfarm.
From our team in Canada and in China, I wish to express my sincere thank you for all you have done and your help in making this day a reality.

After all of our team’s hard work, the accomplishments are grand and the rewards great.
With the support of the local community, local government, and in cooperation with Mr. Deng from Ennga in signing the 750Kw sample turbine contract, we are now ready to begin the process of installation.

The benefits of a project like this are far reaching not only for the local economy and the jobs created, but for the environment for the clean energy it produces.
I also want to mention that we have a cooperation agreement with Nanjing Energy Construction University to look at creating additional ways to use the clean energy produced.

I look to the Zhanjiang government for their continued support for the construction of the wind farm and the 600 meggawatts to follow.

Phase by phase we will see a growth in the attention this project will receive  from all over the world and for the history we are making today in creating alternative clean energy here in Zhanjiang.  It is critical that we continue on a path of safety and I wish to see safe work practices for all involved with our project so that all can return home to our families after work is done.

我代表伟力国际能源集团有限公司、盈风风力系统公司以及湛江盈风风力发电有限公司

代表我司在加拿大以及这里的工作团队对各位为今天所做的一切工作及支持表示最诚挚的谢意！

经过我司团队的努力工作，取得了显著的成果。

在当地政府、当地管理委员会、有关部门支持和帮助下，以及与广州英格发电机有限公司邓先生的合作，我们准备今天装样机。

此项目所产生的效益不仅有利于当地经济，解决就业问题，而且有利于保护、改善环境。

我还要提及一点，是我司与湛江能源建设大学签订了合作协议，共同寻找清洁能源的使用方法。

我也看到了湛江市政府给予我司风电场建设及60万千瓦风电场项目的支持。

随着项目进展，全世界都会注意到这个项目。 历史将会见证，今天的奠基预示着我们正在为地球创造清洁的可再生能源。

另外，很重要的是要安全。我希望看到我们的项目能够安全地实施，工作人员都能平安地回家。
