The Company today filed an NT (Extension) on its year end financials.  This is due to the fact that a transaction for stock related services back in Q2 of 2007 was filed as a stock subscription receivable and not as services rendered.  This is a simple procedure remedied by the Company making a management note in its two previous filings and then filing the year end financials by weeks end.
