San Diego , June 24, 2008 Welwind Energy International Corp (the "Company") (WWEI.OB) held a conference call on Monday June 23, 2008 with Tammy McNabb, President and Director; Shannon de Delley, Managing Director; Luis Carillo, Internal Counsel, and Lie Yonggiang, Manager of Welwind China Operations. The conference call included an update of the Zhanjiang PPA, the Peace Region announcement and the YATU Turbine Agreement and Joint Venture relationship. Investor questions followed.
